Azure ships primarily through the USPO Priority Mail system. We do offer expedited shipping options with Fedex, UPS and DHL as well as customer inquiry/request.

Although the transit times specified above are typical, COVID-19 issues may delay delivery but Azure will notify (by email) customers of any known issues as well as provide tracking number information.

Other Shipping Notes:

When you place an order, Azure’s cart automatically calculates a standard USPO Priority Mail shipping based on the USA customer address entry.

For customers outside the USA, please send an inquiry prior to completing a “Cart Purchase” to customerservice@azuremedtech.com stating ship to location, and we will promptly respond with cost effective shipping options for your selection.

Return Policy for Warranty and Sensitivity Test Issues:

Azure Product Warranty Policy:

Azure Devices are warranted for 1 year for Operation and Materials. Please contact Azure at customerservice@azuremedtech.com with any issues and Azure will promptly respond with an RMA process started and a fast replacement where return is determined to be valid.
Azure Sensitivity Test Assurance Policy:

You may return your item within 7 days if you have an adverse reaction resulting in a temporary redness. This occurrence is quite rare, is temporary and will recede, and the test for this is located on Page 4 of the USER Guide.

If you do have this reaction where redness lasts longer than 2 hours (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Erythema) :

  1. you may return the device for a full refund after first notifying Azure of a concern via email at customerservice@azuremedtech.com or information@customnerservice.com for an RMA process to be commenced.
  2. Azure will reimburse / pay the return shipping costs only in adverse reaction situations.
